We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Wayuu bags are 100% handmade by artisans. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color, pattern, and size are natural and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects.
